 The Certificate for Aadhaar Enrolment/Update must adhere to a standard format that has been established by UIDAI. All valid certificates for POI (Proof of Identity), POR (Proof of Relationship), DOB (Date of Birth), and POA (Proof of Address) must now be created using the certificate format that the Unique Identification Authority of India just introduced.

The UIDAI will no longer accept POI (Proof of Identity), POR (Proof of Relationship), DOB (Date of Birth), or POA (Proof of Address) from a Gazetted Officer, MP, MLA, MLC, or Tehsildar on a letterpad for enrollment or update requests.

The format of the certificate must be printed, filled out, and then certified by a Tehsildar, MP, MLA, or MLC on behalf of the Aadhaar holder or applicant.

Residents used to have a lot of trouble receiving certificates from various officials in the past since they didn't have them in the expected format. But this issue has now been resolved thanks to the standard certificate known as the certificate for Aadhaar enrolment or update.

POI (Proof of Identity) documents

1:--Certificate of Address issued by MP, MLA, MLC, Gazetted Officer, or Tehsildar with a photograph

2:--Address certification signed by the village panchayat chief or another similar official (for rural areas)

3:--Certificate from a certified shelter home or orphanage, such as one issued by the superintendent, warden, matron, or head of the institution

Identity Certificate from a Recognized Educational Institution with Name, Address, and Photograph Signed by Head of Institute

DOB (Date of Birth) documents

1:-Certificate of Date of Birth issued through Group A Gazetted Officer

A certificate or ID Card having picture and Date of Birth (DOB) duly signed and issued by a Government authority

2:-Certificate of Identity containing Name, DOB and Photo issued with the aid of Recognized Educational Institution signed by means of Head of Institute
